Production Machine Operator

We currently recruiting for a Production Operator, to support our distribution contract at our site in Burton Latimer, Kettering. This role will support the operation covering Days and Nights on a rotating basis. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,689 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day: Monitor and maintain stock levels in our ASRS deep storage facility. Trouble shoot all issues that may arise with the ASRS equipment. Work closely with the onsite engineers to ensure a smooth operations. Maintain hygiene standards in the ASRS chamber of our main warehouse. Daily health and safety checks of area and equipment. Reporting of any health and safety risks and issues. Manage all operational processes within the remit of the ASRS chamber. What you need to succeed at XPO Previous low level management experience Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. High level of communication skills PC literate Be part of something big.
