Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Production Incharge.
Responsibilities
include overseeing the day-to-day production processes, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing outputs, coordinating with teams to meet production targets, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing resources effectively.
The Production Incharge also handles operational troubleshooting and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational management techniques
- Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and safety regulations in manufacturing
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in production reporting, inventory control, and resource planning
- Proficiency in relevant technical tools or software used in production management
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food production or FMCG industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
