Role overview
The Production Helper performs day-to-day production activities as directed by section in-charges and supervisors.
Production and food safety responsibilities
- Follow management-provided training and instructions.
- Follow Quality Assurance training and food safety procedures to meet production specifications and deliver safe products.
- Follow good hygiene practices, GMPs, and SSOPs.
- Clean and sanitize assigned machinery and equipment in coordination with Maintenance.
- Check equipment is clean and sanitized before and after assigned production activities.
- Follow FIFO procedures.
- Report non-conformities to the relevant section in-charge.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,100–1,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Follow management and supervisor instructions and the training provided for assigned production work.
- Follow food safety procedures, GMPs, and SSOPs.
- Clean and sanitize assigned machinery and equipment before and after production activities.
- Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) procedure.
- Report non-conformities to the relevant section in-charge.
