A Production Exhibition Foreman is responsible for overseeing the planning, fabrication, and installation of exhibition stands, booths, and event structures. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring quality work, and meeting deadlines for exhibitions and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising workshop and on-site production teams
- Managing construction of exhibition stands and displays
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs
- Coordinating with designers, project managers, and clients
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining quality control and safety standards
- Handling materials, tools, and workforce allocation
- Overseeing installation and dismantling at exhibition venues
Skills Required
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of carpentry, fabrication, and finishing
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Time management and problem-solving
- Experience in exhibitions, events, or fit-out industries
- Kerala Native Language
