Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home.
The Production Excellence Manager will oversee day-to-day process performance across lending and TPO production activities, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
include monitoring key production metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to optimize throughput and accuracy.
The role will collaborate closely with operations, underwriting, sales, and technology teams to standardize best practices and support training on new procedures.
The Production Excellence Manager will also document workflows, maintain performance dashboards, and report findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze production processes, identify issues, and implement practical, data-driven improvements.
- Experience in mortgage, financial services, or a related regulated industry, with familiarity of lending or TPO workflows considered an advantage.
- Strong skills in performance tracking and reporting, including the use of spreadsheets or business intelligence tools to monitor KPIs.
- Proven collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support change management initiatives.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai on a regular schedule while also managing tasks independently in a remote setting.
