Job Purpose Improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output, while actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Key Accountability Areas

Production Planning And Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily production processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and control Production Work in Progress (WIP) and sub-store inventory.

Process Improvement

• Lead efforts to improve processes, optimizing equipment and materials for increased production efficiency.

Engineering Support

• Provide essential engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maintain operational efficiency.

Production Evaluation And Recommendations

• Assess ongoing production activities and offer recommendations for improvements.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions.

Cost Reduction And Quality Standards

• Implement initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop clear operating instructions and equipment specifications for streamlined production.

Training And Development

• Provide training and guidance to team members, supporting their growth and contributing to production goals.

Continuous Improvement And Best Practices

• Formulate and implement best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability.
• Participate in 5S processes and procedures, collaborating with the safety in-charge.

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on product specifications, engineering technology, and the latest production processes.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, And Environment

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Work Experience 4 to 6 Years Technical / Functional Competencies Production Planning Production Scheduling
