Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve production processes, efficiency, and quality control.
- Plan production, monitor and analyze production data, identify issues, and troubleshoot them.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
- Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures.
Skills and qualifications
- Production engineering and production planning skills.
- Analytical problem-solving and process optimization skills.
- Quality control experience and ability to maintain high standards.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and departments.
- Manufacturing-environment experience is a plus.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in the same field.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
