We are currently looking for a Production Designer (Social/Digital Ads) in United Arab Emirates.
This role is focused on bringing digital and social campaigns to life through high-quality production design work across multiple formats and channels.
You will translate established creative concepts into scalable, platform-ready assets for paid social, display advertising, and other digital environments.
Working closely with art directors, designers, and copywriters, you will ensure consistency, precision, and visual excellence across all deliverables.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-driven execution, fast-paced iteration, and maintaining strong design systems across large volumes of assets.
You will play a key role in ensuring creative work is accurately adapted, resized, and optimized for performance across platforms.
This is a remote opportunity requiring collaboration within PST business hours and offers exposure to a wide variety of brands and campaign types.
Accountabilities
- Translate core creative concepts into multiple digital formats, adapting designs across various sizes, platforms, and channel requirements.
- Produce final production-ready assets for paid social, display banners, app creatives, and other digital campaign deliverables.
- Execute rapid design and copy updates while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and copywriters to implement feedback and refine creative outputs efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver fully packaged final files for handoff and deployment across digital platforms.
- Support occasional original design contributions beyond production tasks when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in production or graphic design within a creative agency, in-house studio, or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital banner production, paid social assets, and multi-format campaign adaptation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, grid systems, and scalable design systems.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to pixel-perfect execution and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a feedback-driven environment.
