The Appointment
Catalogo Jolie LLC is seeking an analytical and detail-driven Production Data Manager to join our operations hub in Al Rayyan.
This role is pivotal in synchronizing our production schedules with real-time market demand.
We need a professional who can oversee the entire data lifecycle of our production line—from raw material intake to final catalog distribution—ensuring maximum efficiency and zero waste.
Core Competencies
- **Workflow Optimization:** Analyze production line data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions that increase daily output.
- **Inventory Analytics:** Maintain rigorous oversight of stock levels and lead times, ensuring that production never stalls due to data discrepancies.
- **Quality Control Data:** Monitor and report on defect rates and equipment performance, providing the technical team with the insights needed for predictive maintenance.
- **Resource Allocation:** Utilize historical data to forecast labor and material requirements for upcoming high-volume production cycles.
Required Professional Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Management, specifically within a production, manufacturing, or high-volume retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and professional-grade data visualization tools.
- Strong mathematical background with the ability to perform complex trend analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting operational insights to the Al Rayyan leadership team.
- Remuneration and Benefits
- Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 26,000.
- Full company sponsorship and residency processing.
- Comprehensive health insurance and annual flight allowance.
- Standard annual leave as per the Qatar Labor Law.
