Production Coordinator

Flying Bark Productions is a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of character animation and storytelling. We have a number of exciting productions underway, including a new 2D project with Disney, Netflix's Ghostbusters animated series and Stranger Things animated series, as well as an upcoming feature film, Zac Power. Expression of Interest for position starting in November 2026. Prioritising candidates based in Sydney, no remote opportunities available. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator is dedicated to a specific department and contributes to the successful organisation and production of the film. Working in tandem with the department supervisor assigned, ensuring the smooth running of the work of the department and the timely delivery to the following departments. About you:

• At least 4+ years of production coordination experience in CG animated film/episodic;
• Must have solid experience in coordinating for the asset/design, lighting/comp or animation departments in animated environment;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shotgrid;
• The ability to deal with Confidential information and material in a discrete and professional manner at all times;
• Excellent diary management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Patient and empathetic nature while dealing with artistic personalities;
• High level organizational skills;
• Experience in administration and managing files, producing and formatting documents and updating spreadsheets;
• A good level of formatting and document preparation and presentation skills desirable;
• The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
• Be available, proactive and a problem solver;
