Production Coordinator — 7/7 Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production reports, documentation, and work orders.
• Open, manage, and financially close work orders.
• Order materials and consumables and allocate materials to work orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain accurate production routings and capacity information.
• Support scheduling and help minimize production bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Experience with Business Central is an asset.
• Education in a business, accounting, or supply chain is an asset.
• Education in a welding or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
