Minimum Qualifications:

  • High level excel proficiency is REQUIRED
  • Experience tracking inventory and orders is REQUIRED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of aerospace parts (specifically fastener products) is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing and distribution operations is a MAJOR PLUS

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Production Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in a manufacturing environment.
  • Key duties include:
  • Monitoring production schedules
  • Identifying and resolving delays
  • Ensuring timely delivery of materials to keep operations on track
  • Communicating potential issues to appropriate department leaders
  • Completing necessary documentation associated with customer orders and parts
  • The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Compensation:
  • $25/hr.-$35/hr.
