Production Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Operations & Scheduling: Execute daily workflow & assigned tasks and meet shift production quotas.
• Quality Control: Follow quality assurance standards, conduct product inspections, and track non-conforming materials to reduce waste.
• Safety & Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols (e.g., PPE, hazard reporting) and uphold regulatory or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S workplace organization, and root cause analyses to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience :0–2 years of hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or equivalent experience. (DME or BE) Mechanical Engineering
• Physical: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in moderate-to-high noise environments, and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by industry).
