Qualifications

  • Operate manual and automated CNC machines to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer specifications. Achieve production goals in line with defined cycle times and engineering standards. Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area; perform routine housekeeping and planned operator care/maintenance tasks. Support troubleshooting of equipment issues and work with skilled trades for repairs. Remain flexible and perform miscellaneous duties to meet production targets. Communicate effectively with team members, skilled trades, and support functions. Actively contribute to quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development improvements. Manufacturing process knowledge of Cylinder block, Head & Connecting is preferred. Knowledge of Mazatrol, Fanuc & Siemens operating control is preferred. Knowledge of cutting tools, Engineering drawing, CMM report reading is preferred.
