Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data across batching plants and service locations; prepare regular reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for management.
- Validate data accuracy and coordinate with plant and office teams to gather information.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance metric development aligned with business goals.
- Visit operational locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and ability to interpret complex operational and financial data.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools, such as Excel or business intelligence tools, or equivalent.
- Understanding of data validation, data integrity, and basic statistics.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Construction, manufacturing, or ready-mix concrete experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy; comfortable working on-site in an industrial environment.
