We are seeking a **dynamic and experienced Production & Site Manager** to oversee event operations, manage on-site logistics, and ensure seamless execution of weddings and related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate event production from planning to execution
- Supervise site setup, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at venues and workshops
- Manage on-site staff and contractors during events
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with all concerned teams to deliver exceptional experiences
Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s Degree** (required)
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a Wedding Events Company or similar event management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
