Overview
Maxximo Production Group is a leading media production and event management company in Qatar, specializing in corporate events, video production, and creative content.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and strategic Production Analyst to join our team in Doha.
You will analyze production data, optimize workflows, and support decision-making to improve efficiency and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Analyze production budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in production workflows.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and creative teams to optimize processes.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Assist in forecasting and capacity planning for upcoming projects.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Media Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or production analyst role.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.** Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in media production, events, or creative industries.
- Knowledge of project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Experience with ERP or financial systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Professional certification (CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma).
