Required

Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to one year of related construction equipment experience and/or training; or

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical and business information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic mathematical skills, including percentages, commissions, and measurements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve practical business challenges.

Preferred

Experience in construction equipment parts, service, rentals, or aftermarket sales.

Experience working with National Accounts.

Familiarity with equipment telematics and manufacturer support platforms such as JCB LiveLink.

Proven track record of achieving sales growth objectives.
