Job Purpose
To support the promotion of assigned products by developing product knowledge and assisting healthcare professionals under the guidance of senior team members.
Required Educational Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Required Experience
- Fresh graduates (0 years of experience); internship or training experience is a plus
Required Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of medical and pharmaceutical products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales and product knowledge
- Basic presentation skills
- Teamwork and adaptability
Required Languages
- English
- Arabic (Preferred)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Support product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Provide basic support during product usage under supervision
- Assist in building relationships with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams
- Collect and report market feedback and competitor insights
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams as needed
- Participate in medical conferences and workshops for learning and exposure
- Assist in preparing reports on activities and market feedback
