About This Role

Job Description As a Product Specialist in Medical Devices, you will play a critical role in managing and promoting a diverse range of sophisticated medical technologies. Your primary focus will be to understand the intricacies of medical device products and serve as the point of contact between the product development team and sales professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical specifications and the clinical applications of our medical devices, ensuring that they meet customer needs and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, supporting product launches, and gathering customer feedback to drive future product innovations. Your ability to interpret complex medical information and translate it into clear and actionable solutions for healthcare providers will be pivotal to our success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of medical devices and their clinical applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and device specifications.
• Conduct technical product training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
• Support product launch activities and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and gather feedback to influence product development strategies.
• Create detailed product documentation and educational materials for various stakeholders.
• Assist in regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with applicable medical standards.
• Work closely with R&D to relay clinical feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Provide clinical support for field sales during client meetings and presentations.
• Participate in exhibitions and conferences to showcase and promote our medical devices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts.
• Monitor post-launch performance and report potential issues or improvement areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for work assignments.
