Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and supporting our portfolio of specialized medical and radiology solutions while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers across the UAE.
This role is ideal for a Biomedical Engineer or healthcare professional with a strong technical background and proven experience in medical device sales who is passionate about helping customers solve clinical and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate medical devices and radiology solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and user training sessions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that deliver clinical and operational value.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including product evaluations, tenders, and customer meetings.
- Provide technical and clinical expertise during product demonstrations and installations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with needed parties to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, or any medical related field.
- Proven experience in medical device, or radiology equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging equipment, and related healthcare technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated customer centric approach with the ability to identify challenges and provide value-driven solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in the UAE or GCC healthcare market.
- Experience working with radiology, diagnostic imaging, or related medical technologies.
- Established network within hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers in the UAE.
- Experience with product launches, clinical applications, or technical support.
