Key Responsibilities
- Drive **sales of Neurosurgery & Maxillofacial products** across assigned territories.
- Establish and implement **sales strategies, objectives, and targets**.
- Consistently **achieve and exceed annual sales targets** through effective planning and sales management.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams**.
- Deliver **professional product presentations and demonstrations** to surgeons and medical staff.
- Monitor and analyze **competitor activities, market trends, and product developments**.
- Identify **new sales opportunities and market segments**.
- Represent the company at **medical conferences, exhibitions, and professional events**.

Requirements
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or related).
- **3–5 years of sales experience** in surgical or orthopedic products.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- **Experience in the UAE healthcare market is mandatory.**
- **Valid UAE Driving License is required.**
