About the Role

ANIKA-GCC is looking for a Product Specialist to support the growth of advanced musculoskeletal and orthopedic care solutions across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

This is a field-based commercial role focused on healthcare professional engagement, territory development, customer coverage, account follow-up, and sales execution across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare accounts.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, pharmaceutical promotion, orthopedics, sports medicine, or related specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
  • Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals in orthopedic and related specialties.
  • Conduct regular field visits according to territory priorities and approved visit plans.
  • Support the development of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare accounts.
  • Coordinate account follow-up, product access, and availability with relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute approved educational and promotional activities.
  • Build relationships with key healthcare professionals and high-potential accounts.
  • Track market feedback, competitor activity, customer insights, and business opportunities.
  • Submit visit plans, customer updates, daily reports, and territory progress through company reporting tools.
  • Achieve assigned sales objectives, coverage targets, and business KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, pharmaceutical promotion, orthopedics, sports medicine, or related specialties.
  • Experience with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage field visits, customer coverage, territory planning, and reporting.
  • Professional English communication skills for customer engagement and reporting.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Having access to a car is preferred.
  • Experience working in the UAE market is preferred.
  • Availability to join within 30 days is an advantage.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in orthopedic implants, sports medicine, intra-articular therapies, medical devices, or pharmaceutical promotion to orthopedic-related specialties will be considered an advantage.
