Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Product Specialist- Laboratory department.
The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing detailed product presentations, training programs, and support for clients.
Daily tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing product performance, offering after-sales support, contributing to sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Diagnostic Solutions and delivering technical knowledge effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, market trends, and product performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proven sales abilities and a focus on achieving or exceeding business targets.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with laboratory solutions is mandatory.
- Residency in Qatar is an advantage as well as the experience of Laboratories in Qatar.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such, Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, or Nursing.
