Role overview
Coordinates tenant and watchman maintenance complaints, inspections, contractors, and service reporting.
Responsibilities
- Receive maintenance complaints from tenants and watchmen.
- Conduct on-site inspections and site visits as needed.
- Raise reported issues with the maintenance team and contractors and coordinate required work.
- Prepare claim IDs for maintenance-related work.
- Submit maintenance status updates and monthly reports.
- Monitor watchman performance and training progress.
Requirements
- UAE driving license required.
- Technical knowledge of facilities management required.
- Customer relations work required.
- Knowledge of systems, email, and Microsoft Office required.
- Arabic and English are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary listed as AED 3,000; no pay cadence is specified.
Contract and hours
- Contract duration is 3 months.
- Working hours are 8 hours plus a 1-hour break.
Work arrangement
