Qualifications
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- A solid knowledge of local and central government services as well as a strong understanding of politics.
- Be a strong influencer.
- Be able to read your audience.
- Take a delivery-focused approach in all you do.
- Be able to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, third parties and any other applicable project stakeholders.
- Know how to work in a commercially astute way, making considered decisions based on an understanding of the facts and commercial perspective.
- Have a solid level of financial fluency to develop cost models in line with Entitlement Services’ costs of delivery.
- Know how to develop and execute strategies, implementing robust risk mitigation, control and evaluation processes.
- Have tenacity, and the ability to drive through projects and overcome issues and barriers which may arise.
- Be able and willing to travel throughout the UK.
