Description
- Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop and own product roadmaps, including feature prioritisation and release planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and delivery
- Analyse user feedback and performance data to drive continuous product improvement
- Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to measure success and identify enhancements
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation
- Manage team performance, development, and resource planning while supporting organisational goals
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
- 6+ years' experience in product planning, product management, or related discipline
- Proven experience leading product strategy and roadmap development
- Strong background in digital products, platforms, or customer experience initiatives
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and KPI-driven decision making
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organisations
- Strategic thinker with a track record of innovation and delivering results
