Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the **product vision, strategy, and roadmap** for ERP systems in alignment with organizational goals.
- Own and prioritize the **product backlog**, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and deliver value to the business.
- Collaborate with **stakeholders, business leaders, product managers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors** to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of ERP **modules** (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
- Conduct **requirements gathering and gap analysis** to translate business needs into ERP functionalities.
- Partner with change management teams to ensure smooth **user adoption and training** for ERP rollouts and upgrades.
- Serve as the **voice of the business** in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, governance standards, and data security requirements.
- Act as a **bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders**, ensuring effective communication and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- **3–6 years of Product Owner experience** with proven focus on ERP systems.
- Strong experience in **ERP implementation, customization, and management**.
- Deep understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and experience in agile product development.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into **technical specifications and user stories**.
- Excellent **stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms: **SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar**.
- Knowledge of **data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems**.
- Domain knowledge in **Mobility/Transportation, Edutech, logistics, or services** industries.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM, HRMS, or third-party applications.
