Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build automated dashboards and reports for execution health and resource allocation.
• Manage systems and automations that track work from roadmap through development, QA, and release.
• Implement AI-driven agentic workflows to automate operational work and surface insights.
• Translate stakeholder operational needs into technical tooling requirements.
• Guide teams on best practices and improve tools through feedback.
• Capture cross-team dependencies and mitigate execution risks.
• Update data structures and workflows, rewrite legacy scripts, and implement automations.

Skills Needed

• Experience managing systems, automations, and data for product, engineering, or business operations.
• Experience with automated workflows using Python, AppScript, AI tools, or similar technologies.
• Experience creating data dashboards and reports using SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with product requirements, planning, GitHub workflows, CI/CD, testing, QA, and release processes.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.

Differentiating Skills

• Experience leveraging LLMs and AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for agentic workflows.
• Experience spanning commercial or business operations and product or engineering operations.
• Experience establishing agile processes for both hardware and software products, including robotics or automation.
• Ability to facilitate trade-off discussions among competing stakeholder needs and constraints.

Compensation

• Base salary for this full-time position is $138,400 to $188,600 USD annually.
• Compensation includes a 15% bonus, equity, and benefits.
