Product Operations, Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury.
• Reconcile positions and balances, including for company-issued stablecoins.
• Assess risks and requirements across asset types and respond to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions accurately in Ripple's systems of record.
• Document operational processes and develop expertise in finance operational flows.
• Support global customers and product activity around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
• Provide operational support for reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding, and settlement.
• Develop and manage processes, system configurations, and settlement instructions in line with risk frameworks and policies.

Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in operations and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time and resolving exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
• Willingness to work required weekend shifts within a regional, follow-the-sun schedule.
• Experience implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions.
• Broad understanding of markets and instruments, including cleared, OTC, crypto, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles is an advantage.
• SQL query experience for daily operations is a plus.
• Experience with agentic tools, ideally Claude or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organization in a dynamic environment.

Schedule

• The role supports 24x7 operations and may require weekend shifts and customer activity coverage on holidays.
• Shifts align to regional business hours within a global follow-the-sun model.

Compensation

• New York annual base salary range is $92,000 to $110,000 USD.
• The stated range excludes equity and additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
