We are seeking a Product Marketing & Operations Manager to join TikTok’s Creative Product Marketing & Operations team in Dubai.
This role blends strategic planning, product marketing, and operational excellence to accelerate advertiser success and creative product adoption across METAP.
The ideal candidate combines analytical depth with cross-functional leadership, bringing structure, insight, and innovation to how TikTok empowers brands and creators.
Strategy & Operational Excellence
- Partner with Global Product teams and regional stakeholders to define and execute data-informed GTM strategies for TikTok's Creative and Creator solutions across METAP
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that align with platform growth priorities and drive product adoption at scale
- Design and implement operational processes, business planning frameworks, and performance measurement systems that embed accountability and support sustainable product adoption and market expansion
Regional Product Marketing & Adoption
- Own end-to-end regional GTM for Creative solutions/ecosystem, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and adoption tracking
- Develop market-specific playbooks, product collateral, and enablement materials that translate global product value into regional business outcomes
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to surface advertiser insights and regional product gaps, feeding into global product roadmap prioritization
- Champion regional product feedback loops that inform feature development, pricing strategies, and market-fit improvements
Data-Driven Product Insights & Reporting
- Translate product performance data and regional usage patterns into actionable insights that shape GTM strategy and product investment decisions
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, and Marketing Science teams to identify adoption drivers, friction points, and market opportunities
- Build reporting frameworks that surface regional product health and inform prioritization across stakeholders
Cross-Functional Product Collaboration
- Act as the regional product voice between Global Product, Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams to co-create market-aligned solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across METAP to influence product strategy and deliver measurable regional impact
- Drive alignment on regional product priorities, resource allocation, and launch planning
Minimum Qualifications
- High proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral: This role involves regular collaboration with clients, creators and stakeholders across the METAP region. Projects with clients may be conducted entirely or partially in Arabic, requiring strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination and alignment of project goals.
- 5+ years experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success roles within digital advertising or technology environments
- Experience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketing
- Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategy and product launches driving business objectives
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals
- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial-and-error iterations, and constantly improving through proficiency in data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or marketing-related field
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced, global organizations
- Experience with TikTok Creative, Creator and AI Solutions (e.g., TikTok One, TikTok Symphony) and familiarity with marketplace dynamics
