Qualifications
- Required
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or portfolio management roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market and product launch strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing KPIs, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and building enablement tools and campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
- Background in sign-making, print, or visual communications industries.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and portfolio prioritization frameworks.
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
