As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner across Product, Research, Analytics, Sales, Digital, and Brand teams to drive awareness, activation, adoption, and ongoing engagement with electronic prior authorization (ePA) solutions that improve provider workflows and patient access to care.

What You'll Do

Support the development and execution of provider marketing strategies for electronic prior authorization (ePA) solutions and related provider experiences.

Translate business priorities, product strategies, provider needs, and workflow insights into actionable marketing and adoption plans.

Define target provider audiences, desired behaviors, channel strategies, and success metrics.

Develop expertise in provider medication access workflows, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends.

Partner with Research, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams to gather and synthesize customer, market, user, and performance insights.

Apply insights to audience segmentation, campaign strategy, messaging, content development, and adoption recommendations.

Create and refine customer-centered positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and proof points.

Translate complex healthcare technology and workflow changes into clear, compelling value stories for providers and office staff.

Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation, message personalization, testing, and optimization efforts.

Develop or guide creation of marketing campaigns, educational resources, digital experiences, and customer-facing content.

Collaborate with Brand, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant.

Partner with Demand Generation, Digital, Product, and Sales organizations to execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive activation, adoption, and repeat usage.

Identify user journey friction points, conversion barriers, and experience gaps and provide recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes.

Support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement efforts using customer feedback and performance data.

Skills You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product marketing, healthcare marketing, B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience developing positioning, messaging, content strategies, customer journey programs, lifecycle marketing initiatives, or product adoption campaigns.

Strong ability to translate complex customer, product, market, and performance data into actionable recommendations.

Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, project management, and communication skills.

Experience using data, customer feedback, and performance insights to drive decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.

Ability to balance multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
