Quarter Zero is a venture studio spun out of TASC one of the GCC's leading workforce management businesses with 600+ enterprise clients. We build and co-own startups from the ground up, pairing bold builders with TASC's infrastructure, client network, and institutional capital relationships to compress the path from idea to scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Product & Market Expert to join Quarter Zero as the go-to-market and product strategy partner for a new venture being built around a specific theme. You will work directly alongside the Founding Tech Lead, acting as the commercial and product brain to complement the technical build.

This is a founder-adjacent role you will shape the product's market positioning, own customer discovery, and be the bridge between what is being built and who it is being built for. You will have direct access to TASC's 600+ enterprise client network as a live testing and distribution channel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Immerse yourself in the market — conduct deep-dive interviews across multiple potential businesses and industries to surface real, recurring pain points
• Own the product-market fit journey for the venture: define the ICP, test hypotheses rapidly, and iterate until you find a signal worth scaling
• Interface directly with prospective customers and enterprise clients to understand their workflows, frustrations, and unmet needs — then translate these into clear product requirements for the Founding Tech Lead
• Work closely with the Founding Tech Lead to shape the product roadmap around the strongest market signals, not assumptions
• Build and own early traction metrics — activation rates, retention, pilot conversion, and willingness-to-pay — as the primary measure of PMF progress
• Establish a repeatable feedback loop between the market and the product, ensuring every build cycle is grounded in validated learning
• Leverage TASC's enterprise client network as a live testing ground — run structured pilots, gather data, and convert early relationships into traction
• Own positioning and messaging once PMF signals emerge, and begin laying the GTM foundation for scale

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years in product management, business development, strategy, or GTM — ideally across B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Someone who has taken a product from zero to meaningful traction (startup or internal venture experience preferred)
• Deeply customer-obsessed — you default to talking to users, not assuming their needs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping structure where none exists yet
• Strong analytical instincts — you use data to guide decisions without being paralysed by it
• Excellent communicator, storyteller, and relationship builder
• Experience in the GCC market is a strong advantage
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
