We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Management Consultant to lead the strategic product engagement with Key Customers. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, and near-term strategy to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role that will directly interface with our customers and drive success of our company.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and industry trends for MCPTT products.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet company goals.
• Capable of understanding the various platform/technology stacks, the structure and the interactions matrix.
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities and manage key supplier relationships.
• Lead the development and launch of new features and products.
• Manage the product backlog and define clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize development.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Advocate for a customer-centric approach throughout the company.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously refine product development processes for efficiency.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
• Passion for creating innovative and impactful products using latest technologies
• Experience working with external vendors / stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and launching successful products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants MUST be fluent in both Arabic and English. Native/Bilingual Proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in customer environments.
