Requirements

  • Proven experience owning products, defining requirements, prioritizing work, managing a roadmap, and delivering features from concept through release.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and business goals into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
  • Work with engineering on developer check-ins, sprint planning, tradeoffs, and release coordination.
  • Test features, validate expected behavior, identify gaps, and help define QA test plans.
  • Gather feedback from customers, prospects, sales, customer success, and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own initiatives from discovery through release, including requirements, success criteria, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Align engineering, design, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams on feature value and expected behavior.
  • Support implementation by answering developer questions, reviewing progress, clarifying requirements, and resolving tradeoffs.
  • Define test plans with QA, validate feature behavior and releases, and ensure requirements are met.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, understand pain points, and validate product direction.
  • Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategy.
  • Collaborate on intuitive user workflows for complex technical products.
  • Prepare release notes, enablement materials, documentation, and internal training for go-to-market readiness.
  • Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and product performance to guide the roadmap.
