Role overview
Lead Asana’s Integrations Platform team and build connective capabilities between Asana and customers’ tools, data systems, and developer ecosystem.
Define shared capabilities, architecture, and operating foundations for secure, reliable, and scalable integrations, including integrations for AI teammates.
Partner with engineering, design, research, product marketing, product leadership, and other teams.
What you’ll achieve
- Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the integrations platform, connecting customer needs and business outcomes to scalable capabilities and differentiated partner experiences.
- Work with engineering on integration reliability, APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, backend dependencies, and build-versus-partner trade-offs.
- Improve integration discovery, connection, configuration, data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, processing, and customer value.
- Collaborate across design, research, data, and go-to-market teams to discover problems, ship iteratively, and measure adoption, reliability, time to value, retention, and growth.
- Manage vendor and partnership relationships from technical scoping through commercial and go-to-market alignment.
About you
- 6+ years of product management experience and a record of launching and growing products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations.
- Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems, including reasoning with engineers about architecture trade-offs.
- Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, aligning roadmaps, navigating constraints and dependencies, and balancing customer and vendor considerations.
- Ability to manage technical, commercial, and go-to-market dimensions of vendor and platform partnerships; iPaaS or other integration platform experience is valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-informed approach to prioritization and product signals.
- Understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management and Agile/Lean product management principles.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Workplace
- Role is based in Asana’s Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; most employees may work from home Wednesday. Friday flexibility depends on the work and partner teams.
Compensation
- Estimated base salary range is CAD 176,000–CAD 200,000; actual pay varies based on market and assessed qualifications.
- Compensation may also include equity, sales incentive pay for most sales roles, and benefits.
Benefits
- Benefits may include mental health, wellness and fitness support, career coaching, family-building benefits, long-term savings or retirement plans, and in-office culinary options.
- Benefits may vary by role, country, and local regulations.
