Role overview

Join the Atlas product team in a hands-on product ownership role spanning product management, implementation, acceptance testing, deployment support, tuning, and optimization.

Help manage the AI security product roadmap, define features, coordinate cross-functional execution, gather customer feedback, and deliver product capabilities.

Location

  • Candidates must be able to work onsite within physical proximity to Vancouver, BC.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data security, AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or another technical B2B product area.
  • Proven product owner experience managing roadmaps and delivering features from concept through release.
  • Experience translating needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities; working with engineering on planning, tradeoffs, and releases.
  • Ability to test features, define QA plans, gather customer feedback, communicate technical concepts, solve problems, and drive work across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own product initiatives from discovery through release, including requirements, success criteria, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate feature delivery across engineering, design, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams; clarify requirements and resolve implementation tradeoffs.
  • Define test plans with QA, validate releases, and ensure functionality meets product requirements.
  • Collect customer and stakeholder feedback, prioritize work, and collaborate on product workflows and user experiences.
  • Prepare release notes, enablement materials, documentation, and training; monitor adoption and performance to inform the roadmap.
