Role overview
Lead Asana’s Integrations Platform team, building connective capabilities between Asana and customer tools, data systems, and developer ecosystems.
Define shared capabilities, architecture, and operating foundations for secure, reliable, and scalable integrations, including integrations for AI teammates.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, data, product marketing, product leadership, sales, support, and marketing.
What you’ll achieve
- Own the integrations platform vision and prioritized roadmap, connecting customer needs and business outcomes to scalable capabilities and differentiated partner experiences.
- Work with engineering on APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, backend dependencies, and build, partner, and operating trade-offs.
- Improve integration discovery, connection, configuration, and value, including data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, and processing.
- Partner with design, research, data, and go-to-market teams to discover problems, ship iteratively, and measure adoption, reliability, time to value, retention, and growth.
- Manage vendor and platform partnerships from technical scoping through commercial and go-to-market alignment.
What you’ll bring
- At least 6 years of product management experience and a track record of launching and growing products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations.
- Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; able to reason with engineers about architecture trade-offs.
- Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, aligning roadmaps, navigating constraints and dependencies, and balancing customer and partner needs.
- Ability to manage technical, commercial, and go-to-market dimensions of vendor and platform partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; uses product signals to assess adoption, quality, customer value, and business impact.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management and Agile/Lean product management principles.
- Experience with iPaaS or other integration platforms is valuable.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Work arrangement
- Based in Asana’s Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; most employees may work from home on Wednesdays.
- Friday work-from-home flexibility depends on the work and partner teams.
