We are seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for a key business domain, focused on leveraging product and technology to scale traffic, new user acquisition, activation, and retention across global markets.

This role focuses on evolving internal marketing and growth products that power paid channels, SEO/AEO, lifecycle campaigns, promotions, and personalised user journeys.

You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and regional business growth teams to optimise acquisition funnels, unlock new traffic opportunities, and improve user activation and repeat behaviour.

Growth & Retention Strategy

Own and execute the product roadmap for driving traffic growth, new user acquisition, activation, and early-stage retention within your domain.

Identify and prioritise product opportunities across paid and organic channels to improve top-of-funnel performance and efficiency.

Partner closely with Marketing and regional business growth teams to align on growth priorities, funnel optimisation goals, and retention initiatives.

Use data-driven insights to form hypotheses, evaluate trade-offs, and prioritise initiatives that improve CAC efficiency and repeat rate.

Contribute to AI/ML-enabled capabilities (e.g. targeting, optimisation, personalisation) in collaboration with Data and Engineering teams.

Product & Technical Execution

Own one or more high-impact products or platforms that support user acquisition and growth.

Drive the development of scalable capabilities for marketing automation, campaign orchestration, experimentation, and personalisation.

Improve internal self-service tools to enable Marketing teams to launch and iterate campaigns faster and more accurately.

Translate business and growth problems into clear product requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.

Partner with Engineering to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and well-integrated into the broader ecosystem.

Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests across acquisition, activation, and retention touchpoints.

Work with Data teams to improve attribution, event tracking, and funnel measurement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data to define technical requirements, data schemas, APIs, and integration needs.

Align stakeholders across Marketing, Data Science, Legal, and regional business teams to drive timely delivery and adoption.

Communicate product plans, progress, and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Operations & Enablement

  • Support the rollout, adoption, and iteration of new tools and capabilities across markets.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and best practices for marketing and growth teams.
  • Track product performance, usage metrics, and operational efficiency to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in Growth, MarTech, Loyalty, or experimentation-focused products.
  • Experience in e-commerce, online travel, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer applications.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable improvements in traffic growth, user acquisition, activation, retention, or funnel optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of growth ecosystems, including paid channels (e.g. metasearch, SEM, affiliates, display), SEO/AEO, Promotions, targeting, segmentation, and experimentation
  • Solid technical fluency, with hands-on experience working with APIs and integration-heavy systems, event tracking and attribution, data pipelines, experimentation platforms, or rules engines, AI/ML-enabled features (conceptually or in delivery)
  • Nice to Have
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalisation, recommendations, or bidding/optimisation systems.
  • Experience working on products deployed across multiple markets (SEA, China, or global scale).
