Role mandate

The Product Manager reports to the Director, Business Solutions, who is the Product Owner and sets product vision, strategy, and priorities.

The role helps shape KORE’s AI and application strategy and translates it into product goals, roadmaps, and a prioritized backlog.

The primary focus is building an enterprise AI platform integrating third-party LLMs, business applications, and external services across HTS locations in the US and Canada.

The role also supports enhancement and modernization of KORE applications, including TRAX.

This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports; the Product Manager leads through influence.

AI platform strategy and roadmap

  • Develop the AI platform roadmap and recommend sequencing of AI capabilities based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Assess AI use cases with stakeholders and validate approved cases through prototypes and pilots.
  • Define high-level integration requirements with Architecture and Engineering.
  • Evaluate LLMs, vendors, and tools for quality, latency, cost, security, data residency, and vendor lock-in.
  • Define and monitor AI quality, accuracy, grounding, hallucination, feedback, usage, and cost measures.
  • Embed privacy, access control, human oversight, transparency, and guardrails into AI requirements.

Applications, discovery, and delivery

  • Translate strategy into roadmaps for business applications, including TRAX, balancing enhancements, production needs, and modernization.
  • Plan legacy modernization, assess functionality, and recommend what to retain, redesign, replace, or retire.
  • Represent users by translating workflows, pain points, and business drivers into problem statements and product requirements.
  • Lead discovery through user interviews, data analysis, research, and experiments.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog, define epics and high-level requirements, and make day-to-day product decisions within approved direction.
  • Coordinate with analysts, designers, Enterprise Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, and the Product Owner.
  • Track product outcomes, communicate progress and risks, participate in release-readiness and user acceptance reviews, and support go-live and adoption.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience with B2B or enterprise software.
  • At least 2 years leading production AI or generative AI platform capabilities beyond individual AI features.
  • Proven roadmap development and prioritized backlog management in an agile environment.
  • Application modernization experience and manufacturers’ representative, distribution, HVAC, or construction industry experience are assets.

Technical and professional qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of generative AI and LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, evaluation, and hallucination risk.
  • Understanding of AI platform architecture, APIs, connectors, identity and access, data pipelines, and cloud AI services.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, security practices, and frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
  • Strong quantitative analysis, data-driven problem solving, product discovery, and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and application modernization approaches; cloud-native architecture is an asset.
  • JIRA experience is an asset; ClickUp and Microsoft 365 familiarity are assets.
  • Strong communication, influence, user empathy, organization, continuous learning, and ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Product management or AI certifications are assets.

Working conditions

  • The work combines remote work and an office setting.
  • The office is an open, collaborative environment that may vary by location.
  • The role has a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Reliable access to personal transportation is required.

Salary range

  • The stated salary range is $130,000–$160,000; no pay cadence is specified.
