Role Description
This is a part-time Product Manager role based in Sharjah, with a hybrid work model allowing for partial remote work flexibility.
The role entails managing the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
Responsibilities
include market research, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing product development, and evaluating product performance to drive continuous improvements.
The Product Manager will also create clear product roadmaps and coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Product lifecycle management expertise, including roadmap creation and overseeing product development processes
- Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze client needs to define impactful product requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure smooth project execution
- Knowledge of the legal industry and related technologies is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
