The Product Manager, Salesforce will help build a modern platform experience for financial advisors.
This is a mid-level role reporting to a Director-level stakeholder.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and deliver a platform under active development in partnership with the business.
- Own Salesforce product direction and define configuration changes for advisor workflows.
- Use an advisor perspective to guide product decisions, prioritization, and improvements.
- Resolve product and platform problems by balancing competing needs and finding practical solutions.
- Communicate platform direction to technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain alignment.
Mandatory requirements
- 2–4 years in product management, including helping deliver a product or platform.
- Financial services experience, including regulatory, compliance, and risk constraints; fintech qualifies.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience and understanding of adapting it to new workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including working through ambiguity and weighing trade-offs.
- Client experience focus applied through an advisor lens.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Candidates must currently reside in Canada.

- Wealth management experience.
- Experience with Mako digital onboarding.
- Experience with the d1g1t wealth management platform.
- Experience with Conquest or similar financial planning tools.
Compensation
- Base salary is CA$80,000–CA$115,000 annually, with an 8–12% bonus and equity.
- Final compensation depends on qualifications, expertise, experience, and role scope.
