Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to align with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure product features deliver measurable value.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch, iteration, and retirement.
• Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear to maintain sprint velocity and transparency.
• Lead cross-functional leadership to align engineering, design, and business teams around product goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision and progress through written and verbal updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps with demonstrated ownership of feature development from ideation to launch.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business functions.
• Background in SaaS product lifecycle management and product analytics.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Remote collaboration skills with the capacity to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to evaluate product performance and iterate on features.
