Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Manager to evaluate product reasoning AI outputs, contribute to product quality, and shape evaluation rubrics.
In this role, you will assess AI-generated product strategy, requirements, and analyses for clarity and rigor, while contributing to model improvement.
The ideal candidate has shipped product and thinks rigorously about user value.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated product strategy, PRDs, and analyses using structured rubrics.
- Assess clarity, user-centricity, and reasoning quality in AI outputs.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and assumptions in product AI reasoning.
- File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
- Partner with product and engineering teams on quality criteria.
- Contribute to rubric design for product management tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management or product strategy experience.
- Experience writing PRDs, product specs, or strategy documents.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Clear written communication for product documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI products, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
- Light SQL or data analysis skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
