Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Product Manager to work on a contractor basis.

This role requires a skilled professional to design and develop high-fidelity product features and workflows using insights from advanced analytics platforms.

The successful candidate will drive continuous product improvement and foster innovation by creating and refining difficult, realistic task prompts.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required, as your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-fidelity product features and workflows using insights from advanced analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Slack, and Gmail.
  • Create and refine difficult, realistic task prompts to drive continuous product improvement and foster innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing tools such as Slack, Gmail, and Calendar for seamless project execution.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product features.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills, with experience in designing and developing high-fidelity product features and workflows.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Mixpanel, Slack, Gmail, and Calendar.
