We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech company in Dubai that is transforming cross-border payments and remittance services across emerging markets. Backed by strong investment and ambitious expansion plans, they are now looking for an experienced Product Manager – Remittance to join their growing team.

🌍 The Opportunity

This is a key role focused on building and scaling remittance products that serve millions of users globally. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, working at the intersection of technology, compliance, and customer experience.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for remittance solutions
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into scalable product features
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams
• Drive product delivery from concept to launch , ensuring timelines and quality
• Analyse product performance and continuously optimise user experience
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to localise products across markets

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in product management , ideally within remittance.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products
• Experience in dealing with correspondent banks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience working in agile environments
