– Real Estate & Asset Management - 15+ years
Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly capable Product Manager to lead the digital transformation and product strategy for a premier real estate enterprise based in the UAE.
You will own the product lifecycle for critical business modules, acting as the bridge between Middle Eastern stakeholders and our digital lab engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence and strategic value alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Product Strategy & Roadmap:**
- Define and execute the product vision for enterprise platforms focusing on property technology, leasing workflows, and portfolio asset management.
- **Domain Leadership:**
- Translate complex real estate business requirements (tenant lifecycle, facilities management, commercial/residential leasing, lease accounting) into clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs) and user stories.
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Collaborate directly with business sponsors, regional directors, and operational leaders in the UAE to capture requirements, manage expectations, and drive user adoption.
- **Delivery Excellence:**
- Steer the end-to-end SDLC in an agile environment, working closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
- **Value Optimization:**
- Continuously monitor product performance, market trends, and user feedback to identify opportunities for strategic value alignment, workflow automation, and feature enhancement.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- **Domain Expertise:**
- Deep, hands-on experience in the
Real Estate, Asset Management, and Leasing
- sectors.
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern/UAE real estate market dynamics is highly preferred.
- **Product Management:**
- 5+ years of core product management experience, successfully shipping and scaling enterprise-grade B2B or B2B2C software solutions.
- **Platform Knowledge:**
- Strong understanding of leading real estate ERPs, property management systems (PMS), and CRM integrations (e.g., Yardi, Salesforce, SAP RE-FX, or custom-built enterprise platforms).
- **Agile Execution:**
- Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize features against business ROI, and guide development teams from ideation through deployment.
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
