Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in user-centred design, sleep health and medical technology.
  • Strategic thinking and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • The ability to assess competing priorities and maintain focus on meaningful outcomes.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

  • Champion patient and provider needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor in-market product performance and identify opportunities to maintain quality and competitiveness.
  • Gather insights and help turn them into clear, prioritised actions.
  • Own a product within the mask portfolio or provide hands-on support across development and launch.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Marketing and Engineering teams.
  • Influence priorities and support the effective delivery of cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to new product introductions and broader strategic initiatives.
  • Measure success through user satisfaction and business impact.
  • Help the team build the right products, build them well and deliver them efficiently.
  • Think strategically about the current portfolio and how to make in market adjustments to leverage its value. Work with the comericial and marketing teams to do this.
