Diversity and Inclusion
Tenzo is an equal-opportunity employer and we truly value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, veteran status, or disability status.

Requirements
- Essential: Hands-on hospitality operations experience, ideally as a General Manager, Area Manager or in an equivalent operational role, accountable for restaurant performance. You've owned sales, labour and margin targets, and you can speak first-hand to the pain points and day-to-day reality of running a site.
- A strong product mindset and a genuine ambition to build a career in product.
- The ability to take a problem all the way from ideation to shipping: understanding the root cause, shaping solutions with engineering and design, planning the release and thinking through the impact on customers.
- Curiosity about data and comfort using it to inform decisions and measure whether what you've shipped is working.
- Strong judgement: you can say "an operator would never use it this way" with conviction, while staying open to evidence that challenges your own experience.
- Clear, concise communication with engineers, customers and leadership alike.
